1.  Delivery Partners

·        We deliver products through trusted courier services including Upaya, Nepal Can, and Dash.

  ·        Delivery partner is selected based on your location, product type, and service availability.

 

2.  Delivery Coverage

·        Inside Nepal: We deliver all over Nepal using our courier partners.

·        International Delivery: Available worldwide. However, international shipping charges are entirely paid by the customer and may vary depending on the destination and courier.

 

3.  Delivery Charges & Payment

·        Delivery charges apply for both domestic and international orders.

·        All delivery charges must be paid in advance at the time of order.

·        International customers are also responsible for customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees charged by courier services or local authorities.

·        Delivery charges must be prepaid at the time of placing the order.

·        Orders will be confirmed only after the delivery charge is prepaid.

·        Remaining product payment (if applicable) can be settled as per the chosen payment method.

 

4.  Delivery Timeframe

·        Inside Kathmandu Valley: 1–3 business days.

·        Outside Kathmandu (within Nepal): 3–7 business days depending on courier and location.

·        International Orders: Delivery timelines depend on destination and courier service. Estimated time will be provided during order confirmation.

 

5.  Order Tracking

·        Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be provided (if available) so you can monitor your shipment.

 

6.  Delays in Delivery

·        Delays may occur due to:

o    Public holidays, strikes, or lockdowns.

o    Courier partner delays.

o    Weather conditions or unforeseen events.

·        Shoes Nepal is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or external factors.

 

7.  Failed Delivery

·        If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, the customer will bear any re-delivery charges.
