Return & Exchange Policy – Shoes Nepal

1. Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange if:

·        You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

·        The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

·        The request is made within 4 days of delivery.

Note: Products used, damaged due to customer mishandling, or without original packaging are not eligible for exchange.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:

·        Products worn or used after delivery.

·        Clearance sale or discounted products marked as “non-exchangeable.”

4. Exchange Terms

·        Exchanges are subject to product availability.

·        Any difference in price for the exchanged product must be settled by the customer.

·        Delivery charges are non-refundable and apply again for exchanged items.

·        For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer.
