transparent exchange policy
to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
You may request an exchange if:

You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect
product.

The product is unused, unworn, and in its
original packaging.
·
The request is made within 4 days of delivery.
Note:
Products used, damaged due to customer mishandling, or without original
packaging are not eligible for exchange.
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following
items cannot be exchanged:

Products worn or used after delivery.
·
Clearance sale or discounted products marked as
“non-exchangeable.”

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Any difference in price for the exchanged
product must be settled by the customer.

Delivery charges are non-refundable and apply
again for exchanged items.
·
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and shipping
charges are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer.
